Day 1:Transferred from Airport (JKIA) to Hotel/ Nairobi city Tour, to start up our Masai Mara National Park for Wildlife Game Safari.
Upon your arrival at the airport, our attentive driver guide will warmly welcome you, provide a detailed briefing about your safari, and transport you comfortably in our 4×4 safari Land Cruiser/Safari van to your designated hotel. Depending on your arrival time, you may have the option to embark on a brief excursion within Nairobi, the capital of Kenya, at a nominal fee. After reaching your hotel, our guide will leave you to unwind and settle in.
While in Nairobi, you have the opportunity to explore the city further at your leisure. Start your day with a delicious breakfast at the hotel, and after checking out, embark on an exhilarating journey aboard our comfortable 4×4 Land Cruiser/Safari Van via the Nairobi-Nakuru highway. Along the way, we’ll make strategic stopovers to enhance your experience.

After breakfast, your safari will take you to Eastern Uganda starting with Jinja, with a stopover at the Equator where you will have an opportunity to stand in 2 hemispheres,take photos and also buy some souvenirs, set off for Jinja arriving in the evening. DAY 8: Transfer to Murchison Falls National Park for wildlife game and boat safari.
After breakfast at your hotel, briefing about the safari and then drive to Murchison falls National Park it takes 4-5 hrs. With a stopover at Ziwa rhino sanctuary for Rhino tracking, and you have lunch at Masindi. Murchison Falls National Park is Uganda’s largest national park whose palm studded grassland supports dense populations of lions, Buffalos, Elephants, the Uganda Kob together with the localized Rothschild’s giraffe or Patas monkeys, warthog, butterflies and a lot more.

Day 9: Murchison Falls Game drive and Launch cruise
Take a cup of coffee and then later you will go for an early morning game drive at the Northern bank of the Victoria Nile. Expect encounters of Lions, Leopards, Giraffe, Buffalo, Elephant, The African Python and much other Savannah wildlife.
Return for mid-morning breakfast and lunch and then later you will be transferred to the Pier to take a launch cruise to the Bottom of the falls. Encounters of hippos, Crocodiles, and much other wildlife will be seen along the shores taking water from the river.
There is an optional hike to the top of the falls from the bottom where the boat ride ends. If you are not interested in this, you will be ridden back to your lodge for dinner and overnight.

Day 10: Transfer to Kibale National park – Fort portal for Chimpanzee tracking.
Take your breakfast and proceed to to Kibale national park via Hoima to Fort portal for 4hrs, Ahigh light of visit to Kibale National Park will be the Chimpanzee tracking excursion that starts from Kanyankyu at 0800hrs and 1400hrs daily. Encountering man’s closest cousin is stands at over 95% according to 2006 statistics.
Whilst in the forest, you can expect to see encounter other types of primates most probably the grey-cheeked mangabey and red-tailed monkey. You will hear plenty of bird song but it is very difficult to see any bird (bird watching) in the heart of forest-you are better off looking for them in the rest of the camp and along the road. Take pictures of traditional homesteads and farms en route. Weather is pleasant in Fort portal.

Day 12: Queen Elizabeth National park Game drive and launch cruise
Wake up early in the mornings and take cup of tea or coffee. Go for a game drive along Kasenyi track to see the herds of Buffalo, Elephant, Warthog and Lion. Return to the lodge for mid-morning breakfast. After lunch, a two-hour launch cruise along the Kazinga channel proffers visitors a unique opportunity to encounter at close quarters hippo and a variety of bird species common to the park.

Day 13: Safari in Queen Elizabeth National Park, walk through the Maramagambo Forest
Another early start for a bush walk through the Maramagambo Forest. This is one of the largest forests in Uganda, and forms a habitat for a number of primates and forest dwellers. Due to its location, Maramagambo also has a great diversity of butterflies and birds. The walk culminates in a visit to volcanic caves that are home to thousands of bats. Pythons are often observed in the crevices of the bats cave as they prey on bats. In this walk you will see the picturesque Blue lake-Kimeranjojo which got its name after swallowing an Elephant. Other trails will lead you to the Crater Lake and habitats of the Wild chimps and forest bird.
In the afternoon you will have another game drive and during the dry season we will drive you to the Edward’s flats to see more elephants, large herds of buffalo and different waterbirds. Occasionally we might find in this area the shoebill stork and by surprise some hunting lions.

Day 14: Community Walks around Rwenzori Mountains:
From the Ruboni Community Camp you can book a guide to take you in the surrounding areas of the Ruboni and Mihunga villages. The slopes of the Rwenzori Mountains, just before the border of the national Park, are fertile lands where live communities of Bakonjo people. It is interesting and rewarding to take a walk and see the traditional works still present in this area, like the blacksmith and production of iron spears and knives or the handicraft production, like craft weaver and basket making. Some Bakonjo elders will be enthusiastic to spend time with you and to tell stories and legends of the ancient time, which are brought up today by the word of mouth. Another interesting encounter is the traditional healers or traditional doctors, the ones who used and still use today the power given to them by the gods of the traditional religion.
Forest walk. The area just approaching the national park along the Mubuku Valley is much cultivated but at the same time is rich of pristine nature and vegetation. Some of the hills are covered by forest. You can book a guide from the Ruboni Community Camp and he will take you for a 3 or 4 hours short excursion through forested areas outside the national park. Expect to see and learn from the nature, the species of trees, the small animals like chameleons and lizards, which are still so common here, as well as to see black and white colobus monkeys and other monkeys. Birding is also interesting, as you might spot the typical Rwenzori Turaco, common boubou, African wagtail.

DAY 16: Gorilla Trekking in Bwindi Impenetrable Forest.
Commence your day with an early breakfast before heading to the park headquarters by 7:00 am for a comprehensive briefing on the gorillas’ lifestyle and tracking guidelines. At around 8:00 am, embark on the highlight of your gorilla trekking safari, an adventure that may span the entire day.
As you traverse the rainforest and bamboo-covered slopes, accompanied by a knowledgeable park ranger, porters, and other skilled trackers, you’ll be in pursuit of a mountain gorilla family. The trek may present challenging and lengthy walks, but any discomfort will fade away when you catch sight of the magnificent silverback.
Upon locating the gorilla family, visitors will be guided to within 6 meters of the mountain gorillas. Spend an awe-inspiring hour sitting in their presence, gazing into their expressive eyes, observing their behaviors, and capturing the moment through photographs for a truly unforgettable experience.
The duration of the gorilla trek is unpredictable and can range from 2 to 8 hours. Expect to traverse long distances in steep and muddy conditions, sometimes amid rain. A good level of physical fitness is recommended for this adventure. To support conservation efforts, the time spent with the gorillas is limited to one hour. Before the encounter, a ranger will brief you on the proper conduct around the gorillas.
