These are the Visa and Entry Requirements to Uganda
a) Visitors to Uganda must have a valid visa in accordance with national immigration laws, guidelines and formalities. Uganda visas can now be obtained online at: visas.immigration.go.ug

b) All travelers to the Republic of Uganda must have a valid Yellow Fever Immunization card.

East Africa Tourist Visa:
The East African Tourist Visa will allow travel between Kenya, Rwanda and Uganda with the same multiple entry visa. This visa costs US$100 and is valid for 90 days as long as one does not travel outside the partnering countries. You can also apply for this at visas.immigration.go.ug
How to Get a Visa to Uganda.
The easiest way of getting a visa to Uganda is by purchasing it at the entry point, Entebbe Airport or any border station. This is very possible for tourists. All you need to do is pay USD 50, fill in the application form with passport detail information of which the visa fee of USD 50 and it will usually run for 90 days.
You can also get the visa by applying online if you are a citizen of the following countries, USA, UK, South Africa, Russia, Japan, Italy, India, Germany, France, Denmark, China, Canada, and Belgium. The application form can be downloaded from the embassy website of your country of origin and you will need to attach 2 passport photos.

General information (important)
Nationals of the countries listed below are exempted from visa requirements for travel to Uganda. They do, however, need to have a current passport issued by their respective countries.
Members of COMESA: Angola, Burundi, Comoros, Eritrea, Kenya, Malawi Mauritius, Madagascar, Rwanda, Seychelles, Swaziland, Tanzania, Zambia and Zimbabwe.
Others exempted are: Antigua & Barbuda, The Bahamas, Barbados, Belize, Fiji, Gambia, Grenada, Jamaica, Lesotho, Malta, Sierra Leone, Singapore Solomon Islands St Vincent & the Grenadines, Tonga, Vanuatu, Italy (Only diplomatic passport holders) and Cyprus.
